The maximum occupancy of the Rooftop: 150 people, Penthouse: 50 people, Cellar: 150 people, Courtyard: 100 people.
No Cancellations. Neither party shall have the right to cancel the event and deposits are non-refundable. We may be able to accommodate rescheduling your event, but since our prices vary by day, date, and time, this may incur an additional fee.
Yes. Alcohol is permitted on premise. If alcohol is being sold, a Special Event Permit is needed by the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA). These include tastings and promotions.
Yes. We do have in house caters, and also allow outside vendors.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you cancel up to 30 days before your event date, we will refund your full payment, less the deposit you provided. Deposits are non-refundable. We may be able to accommodate rescheduling your event, but since our prices vary by day, date, and time, this may incur an additional fee.
